buying this black maxi has to be one of the best wardrobe investments i've made to date. each time i wear it, i'm already thinking about what i can put on to make it different the next time i wear it.
adding the infinity scarf seemed like a good idea considering how it looks with a simple tank. the temperatures here have already reached triple digits, so it's something i'd wear in mid to late spring. it got a little warm around the neck area just being outside for a few minutes taking photos.

some of my petite friends on twitter have said they don't wear maxis due to being vertically challenged. foolishness. all you have to do is take it for alterations. problem solved.
don't forget scarves are an accessory too. and they aren't just for covering your face during brutally cold winters. lightweight fabrics like this one can carry you from season to season.
